    1. What is Proactivox?

    Proactivox is a smart monitoring and governance layer built for Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).

    It provides operational visibility across three core areas:

    • Automation monitoring to track and safeguard scheduled automations
    • Data Extension monitoring to ensure data integrity and detect irregularities or missed updates
    • Journey Governance to provide visibility into who is active in, or has exited from, your key customer journeys

    Together, these capabilities help prevent silent errors, simplify compliance, and keep marketing operations running smoothly — without requiring manual configuration inside SFMC.

    2. How does automation monitoring work?

    You select which automations you want to monitor and define timing thresholds (for example, “alert me if this automation hasn’t run within 60 minutes”).

    Proactivox continuously checks execution status and notifies your team if an automation is delayed or fails to run, helping you respond before journeys or data updates are impacted. Read more.

    3. How does Data Extension monitoring work?

    Proactivox monitors selected Data Extensions in your SFMC environment by tracking metrics such as record counts, update frequency, and data freshness.

    If a Data Extension does not update as expected or shows unusual behavior, Proactivox automatically alerts your team so issues can be addressed before downstream processes are affected.

    4. What is Journey Governance?

    Journey Governance provides real-time visibility into how contacts move through your key customer journeys — including who is currently active and who has exited.

    Proactivox automatically creates and maintains a governance Data Extension inside Salesforce Marketing Cloud, making journey-level insights directly available within SFMC. This allows teams to use governance data for profile enrichment, segmentation, journey orchestration, and reporting, without adding manual entry or exit activities to journeys.

    All governance logic is managed through the Proactivox web application, keeping your SFMC setup clean while extending its native capabilities.

    5. What kinds of alerts can I receive?

    Proactivox provides real-time alerts for automation and Data Extension monitoring.

    Notifications are sent via email or Slack when defined thresholds are crossed.
    If multiple issues occur at the same time, Proactivox groups them into a single consolidated notification to reduce alert noise.

    Journey Governance insights are available inside Salesforce Marketing Cloud and the Proactivox web application, but do not trigger alerts.

    6. How secure is Proactivox?

    Security is a core priority at Proactivox.

    • All communication with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is encrypted using TLS/HTTPS
    • The platform follows GDPR and ISO-aligned security practices
    • Sensitive customer data is not stored

    Additional security controls and documentation are available for Enterprise customers.

    7. How long does setup take?

    Setup typically takes less than one hour.

    You securely connect your SFMC environment, select which automations and Data Extensions to monitor, optionally enable Journey Governance, and begin receiving insights and alerts shortly after.

    8. How many Salesforce MIDs can I connect?

    Each Proactivox account connects to one SFMC MID by default.

    Organizations with multiple MIDs can leverage our Enterprise plan, which supports custom configurations, enterprise-grade support, and tailored pricing.

    1. Is there a free plan?

    Yes. Proactivox offers a Free plan that lets you get started at no cost and without a credit card.

    The Free plan provides access to core Proactivox functionality so you can connect your Salesforce Marketing Cloud environment and explore how Proactivox supports monitoring and governance. You can upgrade to Pro or Enterprise at any time as your needs grow.

    2. How is pricing structured?

    Proactivox is offered through three plans: Free, Pro, and Enterprise, designed to support different stages of usage and organizational needs.

    • Free is ideal for getting started and light usage
    • Pro is designed for production use with higher limits and support
    • Enterprise offers tailored solutions, custom configurations, and dedicated support

    3. What’s included in every plan?

    All plans are built on the same core platform, while usage limits, support level, and advanced options vary by plan.

    Core capabilities include:

    • Automation monitoring & alerting
    • Data Extension monitoring & alerting
    • Journey Contact Governance
    • Real-time and digest notifications

    Support level, limits, and enterprise features such as onboarding, SSO, and SLAs depend on the selected plan.

    4. Do you offer yearly billing?

    Yes. The Pro plan is available with both monthly and annual billing.
    Annual billing includes a 17% discount compared to monthly pricing.

    Enterprise pricing and billing terms are defined individually.

    5. What payment methods do you support?

    Pro plan subscriptions can be paid by card or invoice.

    For Enterprise customers, we also support purchase orders and custom billing arrangements where required.

    6. Can I upgrade or cancel my plan?

    Yes. You can upgrade from Free to Pro at any time.
    Pro subscriptions can be canceled or switched between monthly and annual billing as your organization’s needs change.

    Enterprise plan changes are handled in collaboration with our team.

    7. Is there an enterprise option?

    Yes. The Enterprise plan is designed for organizations with advanced requirements or larger-scale setups.

    Enterprise customers can request:

    • Custom onboarding and implementation support
    • Data Processing Agreements (DPA)
    • Dedicated support and optional custom SLAs
    • Tailored pricing based on usage and requirements

    1. What support is included?

    All plans include access to self-service documentation.

    Pro and Enterprise plans include technical email support from our team.

    Support levels and response times may vary by plan.

    2. Do you offer onboarding or training?

    Yes. Guided onboarding is available for Pro and Enterprise customers.

    We can also arrange live training sessions or workshops for marketing and operations teams as part of an Enterprise engagement.

    3. Can you help with broader Salesforce consulting?

    Yes. Our team has extensive hands-on experience across Salesforce Clouds, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

    If you need additional consulting or implementation support beyond Proactivox, we can provide this on an hourly or project basis.

    4. How do I view system status or incidents?

    Proactivox provides incident notifications and post-incident summaries for any customer-visible issues.

    Enterprise customers can also request account-level status updates or tailored communication processes.

    5. How do I export or delete my data?

    You can export up to six months of operational data at any time, subject to your plan.

    If your subscription ends, Proactivox permanently deletes retained data in accordance with GDPR and your Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

    6. Do you support Data Processing Agreements (DPA)?

    Yes. Proactivox provides a standard DPA and supports security questionnaires as part of vendor approval processes.

    Custom DPAs and additional compliance documentation are available for Enterprise customers.
