    Proactivox Subprocessors

    Last updated: 7 October 2025

    Proactivox uses a small number of trusted third-party service providers (“Subprocessors”) to help operate, host, and deliver the Proactivox platform and related services.
    Each Subprocessor is carefully evaluated for security, privacy, and reliability and is bound by a written Proactivox Data Processing Addendum (DPA) that includes GDPR-compliant safeguards.

    2. Proactivox Group Entities

    At present, all data processing is performed by Proactivox in Denmark (EU).
    If we add additional legal entities in the future, they will appear here and will be subject to the same security and privacy standards.

    3. How We Evaluate and Onboard Subprocessors

    Before engaging any new Subprocessor, Proactivox:

    1. Performs privacy and security due-diligence;

    2. Signs contractual terms including GDPR-compliant data protection clauses; and

    3. Reviews the provider’s certifications and compliance posture (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI-DSS).

    4. Updates to This List

    We may add or replace Subprocessors as our infrastructure evolves.
    When we do:

    • We will update this page at least 30 days before the change takes effect.

    • Customers with a DPA may object to a new Subprocessor for reasonable data-protection grounds as described in the DPA.

    • Continued use of the Services after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Subprocessor list.
